We will work with you and/or your POP agency to specify the most appropriate type of hardware system taking into account a number of variables specific to each scenario.

 

As part of the display manufacture process we have technicians to provide configuration and assembly of the system components, including duplication & formatting of digital content. It is important to us that all systems are tested prior to final assembly and we operate a thorough QA process.

 

Through our 100% Compliance division we can install your digital display whether it be a straightforward LCD screen to a more complex, networked and interactive display.

 

Having got this far, we give you the peace of mind that your investment will continue to operate in-store and be supported in the event of technical failure.

 

As standard for all systems supplied by 100%, we operate a telephone helpdesk and troubleshooting service. Where displays are centrally networked we can offer you a proactive remote monitoring and management service as a really effective way to keep a close eye on your digital POP.

 

The central technical support is backed up by our network of maintenance engineers who can be employed on a contracted or ad-hoc basis to fix, repair or swap out fault equipment.
