As part of 100%’s commitment to maintaining its position as Europe’s leading installation services business, this week the company hosted its 4th annual International Retail Installation Conference in Manchester, UK.
The business was delighted to welcome over 50 attendees from 100%’s project management offices across Europe, Middle East, South Africa, Russia and Turkey, representing the company’s operational reach to over 65 countries across the globe.
The two-day event is designed to drive continuous improvement of the services 100% provides to its growing customer base of leading global brands. Sessions were structured to cover business updates, enhancements of operating practices and forward planning for upcoming campaigns.
A key highlight was a productive open-forum discussion around Sustainability, with knowledge shared from across the globe which will be used to enhance 100%’s service offering for efficient treatment of retail displays which have reached end-of-life.
Naturally Brexit was an important topic on the agenda, it was certainly interesting hearing opinion on the continent and the views of our European colleagues, yet there is firm commitment to collaborating across the network to mitigate risk and impact to our operations.
As always everyone very much enjoyed the annual drinks reception & dinner, a more informal opportunity for relationships to be celebrated and cementing a united approach to responding to our customers challenges as a team.
Dan Williams, 100%’s Managing Director commented “100% is trusted by global brands for whom we deliver services across the world. Our international network of strategic partners is a vital ingredient to our service offering and this event underlines our commitment to excellence and innovation as we strive to maintain our position at the forefront of the industry.”
