100 Percent Group Ltd is a fast-growing retail marketing company providing services to global brand customers, for installation and merchandising of promotional display in retail environments across the world.
There is an exciting opportunity for a new position of HR Manager, reporting directly into the Managing Director, to support the Company with delivering its ambitious growth plans.
A proven CIPD qualified HR Advisor/Manager is required who:
- has considerable HR generalist and ER experience (managing disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases);
- is experienced in managing recruitment processes
- has experience of delivering wider HR project work
- is competent in providing HR management information and reports, utilising HR systems and other software.
Whilst this job is a stand-alone professional HR role within the Company, you will be supported by an external HR consultancy, providing you with up to date policy documents, contract of employment templates and HR letter templates; as well as and providing you with support and guidance on more complex HR issues and keeping you updated on employment law changes. This will enable you to focus your time on supporting the business through more proactive employee engagement initiatives and coaching line managers.
Working alongside the external HR consultancy and the Management Team, you will also be involved in developing the ‘People Strategy’ for the business, aligned to delivering the overall business strategy and will have responsibility for project managing and implementing the agreed action plans and objectives.
The job role will be varied with elements of transactional (issuing contracts of employment and managing the HR administration processes), operational (HR advisory work) and strategic (People Strategy) work. Given the nature of the business, you will need to be flexible and adaptable in your approach to meet the continuing changing needs of the operation.
