Activating brands and executing in-store campaigns across the world is what we do best. With our European presence firmly established, in April last year, 100% fulfilled its ambition to expand across the globe by taking on the challenge of setting up shop stateside!
Our venture was fuelled by opportunity arising from demand of European customers needing to implement their retail projects across the pond, as well as listening to our American customers who feedback there was a gap in the market for a fresh approach to delivering retail installations with the highest levels of customer service and innovative management technology systems.
Through years of experience the 100% team has learned why it is so valuable in this industry to have trusted people on the ground who know the landscape and are familiar with regional retailers and their quirks. We now have two 100%’ers heading up the Los Angeles base. Head of operations, Nicole Hall, and head of client services, Cat Compton, who serve customers in Canada and the United States of America in their own time zone.
Our American base has been set up to mirror operational processes and ways of working that have been proven to deliver success in Europe and enable delivery of consistent levels of service across the globe. In our first year we have enjoyed healthy revenues completing a number of seamless installation projects for some amazing global brands including Dyson, Fisher & Paykel, Bugaboo and Colart.
There is no denying the vast and challenging geographies of the USA and Canada, so widespread installer coverage and robust logistics infrastructure are imperative to cater for this structure and respond quickly to client demand. We have an operational hub in Minneapolis, alongside six other regional distribution centres in the US. Our main Canadian operational hub is in Toronto and we have additional distribution capabilities in Vancouver. The ability to store and deploy stock from our centrally located distribution hub and service customers in their own time zone means that we can deliver faster, better and cleaner retail projects than before with a smaller carbon footprint.
Not to mention the benefits to our customers, who achieve a streamlined result with each retail installation project, and to our own project managers, who can manage regional projects with heads firmly on ground level to make it happen!

Nicole Hall, Head of Operations
Nicole is responsible for our field teams and logistics infrastructure across the US, Canada and further afield. She has accumulated over 12 years expertise in global retail channels in support management roles. Nicole has a strong understanding of installation and maintenance projects from her involvement with clients and partners at each stage of a project – from brands and retailers to display manufacturers and design agencies. Now representing our ambitious brand values she leads her US team drawing upon her global experience and management skills to drive growth globally for 100% Group.
Cat Compton, Head of Client Services
Meet Cat, who is responsible for growing and evolving 100% Group’s client programs. She’s our clients’ first port of call in the US to ensure they have everything they need. Familiar with our work, Cat has worked with 100% Group on many international projects in the past and shares our hunger to be the best. While our technicians build installations, Cat is responsible for building client relationships and evolving existing account programs to enhance client satisfaction and encourage advocacy for the ambitious work that we do.
