Introducing Graeme Kerr our VM Programme Manager….
1.Describe a normal day in your role at 100%…
To be honest I don’t think I have a normal day anymore each day is different! However, my daily priority is always focused around catching up with the team and working alongside them to help deliver any projects or look into any project critical queries they have. I’ll then make sure our team workload is manageable, arrange cover where needed if people have been working late or early for out of hours installs. After this I’ll check in with clients that we have been working with closely over the last few weeks to review work and once all this is on track I’ll cover off any work relating to my own projects. In between this there are normally a number of meetings to catch up on wider team initiatives and of course, regular snacks
2.What do you love about working for 100%?
You go to work knowing that everyone is working towards the same end goal no matter what the project!
3.What kind of pet do you have, and how did you choose its/ their name/s?
I have essentially have a menagerie, one Russian Tortoise (April), one lop eared rabbit (Bunny) and one dwarf rabbit (Buster). April we adopted with her name but I think it relates to the ninja turtles, Buster seemed to work well for a rabbit and Bunny aka Bun, well, there’s no explanation needed there really is there!?

Vancouver – I love Canada as a whole but fell in love with Vancouver, it’s on the water, the mountains are close by and people are lovely.
