We worked with sporting goods brand, Adidas, on its Ozweego campaign; carrying out installations in nine stores across seven different countries. Our dedicated project managers co-ordinated the training of each countries installation teams, logistics from the UK to the individual warehouses, and organised store and centre access with local authorities. The successful implementation took place out of trading hours with each display being fully installed and merchandised to planogram.
We partnered with audio company, Sonos, over a number of years to carry out installations across the world. We recently completed an EMEA installation and maintenance project, involving the assembly and installation of display equipment and merchandising of AV and demo products in 1,645 stores across 14 different countries. Thanks to our central account management and local project management, the display installations were carried out seamlessly, with central online reporting providing the client with accurate and up-to-date progress reports throughout.
Our team worked with play and entertainment giant, Hasbro, on a display equipment installation programme in 1,575 stores across 22 different countries. The project was centrally managed from the UK Head Quarters, with the team co-ordinating in-country training programmes across all territories and transportation to regional hubs. The project was completed within just six weeks, using over 150 installers.
