We are only a few weeks into 2021 and its already off to a great start for team 100%. We still have time to reflect on our annual Employee Awards which took place at the end of last year recognising the team’s outstanding performance, commending significant achievements, and inspiring us all to give our best.

As 100% Group continues to grow, investment in our people is always a top priority. Throughout 2020 we grew our headcount by 27, taking us to a total of 93 employees. The positive culture and engagement of our colleagues are vital contributors to the success of our company, this was even more important in a year where the team had to quickly adapt to new challenges and ways of working.

We believe our bond as a team and morale is hugely important to our work ethic, and we continued to deliver our action-packed business programmes with resilience, agility, and adaptability. We are so proud of what we managed to achieve together in a year like no other, where we really lived up to our company statement ‘The real challenge is where we shine!’

This year we had a total of 25 accolades to award, each voted for by our peers, with five new categories to reflect 2020’s challenges. The senior management team also voted that instead of just one winner of the coveted’ Employee of the Year award’ the whole team were deserving of this accolade. #oneteamonedream
