The Objective :

To support the high-profile launch of Ray-Ban Stories, a brand-new product in the luxury & tech market space, the brand required a centrally managed service in collaboration with multiple global stakeholders. The objective for the project was to bring Ray-Ban stories & Meta’s vision to life by delivering the ultimate retail experience, allowing the consumer to interact with the innovative, wearable tech products in a store environment.



The Solution :

The program required a sophisticated reporting technology platform giving high levels of visibility across the project, highly skilled installation resources, project management team with experience of consumer electronics & wearable tech sectors and a comprehensive training program delivered at multiple levels.

Scheduling was key; store specific display allocation and complicated access restrictions meant logistics and installation had to be planned with precision to allow for specific transport types. The project timescales were to roll-out the new displays in-store to coincide with a high-profile public product launch in September 2021 , which was phased with the product press release followed by stock hitting stores. Specific launch timescales were allocated by retailer and country, requiring high visibility stores to be installed prior to product announcement and needed to be installed using privacy covers.
