Our Project HQ online portal provides a single source of data for any implementation project consisting of three core modules; Estate Management, Project Reporting and Inventory Management. Easily accessible for customers and project managers, it gives access to the latest project status at the touch of a button.
We take reporting seriously at 100% – our secure portal is designed specifically for quick and accurate reporting on POP installation, maintenance, survey and update projects. The in-built flexibility of the solution is designed to reflect the rapidly changing retail industry, with functionality to program bespoke data capture and customisable client reports for each project we undertake.
Our installers use smartphone technology to capture data and photos from the field which synchronises with our cloud based central database in real time. All data can be extracted into Excel for offline analysis, while photos can be easily downloaded into labelled folders.
Our Estate Management system has been designed from the ground up to empower brands with data to optimise the performance of their retail display investment. Giving a single point of reference for POP estates that span the globe, the database is bespoke to each program containing retail outlet addresses, display asset details, visit schedules and historical visit reports.
Effective inventory management is key to the delivery of implementation and maintenance programs, especially when they span multiple countries with complex product configuration of parts. This module of our system is configured to the inventory demands of each program we operate around a core database of parts to provide visibility of stock levels and usage, with goods movement tracking and history, globally and in multiple warehouse locations.
