At our head office in the UK, we manage projects from initial scoping through to implementation. Regional project management teams oversee the delivery and administration of campaigns, while our online reporting portal provides a single point of reference for customers.

Reporting

Our Project HQ online portal provides a single source of data for any implementation project consisting of three core modules; Estate Management, Project Reporting and Inventory Management. Easily accessible for customers and project managers, it gives access to the latest project status at the touch of a button.

We take reporting seriously at 100% – our secure portal is designed specifically for quick and accurate reporting on POP installation, maintenance, survey and update projects. The in-built flexibility of the solution is designed to reflect the rapidly changing retail industry, with functionality to program bespoke data capture and customisable client reports for each project we undertake.

Our installers use smartphone technology to capture data and photos from the field which synchronises with our cloud based central database in real time. All data can be extracted into Excel for offline analysis, while photos can be easily downloaded into labelled folders.

Our Estate Management system has been designed from the ground up to empower brands with data to optimise the performance of their retail display investment. Giving a single point of reference for POP estates that span the globe, the database is bespoke to each program containing retail outlet addresses, display asset details, visit schedules and historical visit reports.

Effective inventory management is key to the delivery of implementation and maintenance programs, especially when they span multiple countries with complex product configuration of parts. This module of our system is configured to the inventory demands of each program we operate around a core database of parts to provide visibility of stock levels and usage, with goods movement tracking and history, globally and in multiple warehouse locations.

Training

100% strongly believes training is a critical success factor to all the services we fulfil so we produce tailored plans that meet the scale of the projects we embark on to cover processes, reporting systems, in-store activities and health & safety.

It’s equally important all tiers of personnel forming a project team are well informed of the demands of any project; Central and Regional Project Managers, Installation teams and Logistics operatives.

We deliver our training in a range of ways from hard copy briefing guides to hands on training sessions delivered to installers in each country a project might cover; and not only at the outset of a new project yet as ongoing training too.

 

Transport and Warehousing

We're not just an installation partner - we have the complete logistics infrastructure needed to handle the movement of display materials from factory to store.

Our warehousing hubs are present in all the countries we operate, offering access to over 135 locations and 1.5m ft² of warehouse space, available as short or long term storage solutions.

We use a variety of transport modes, deployed according to the type of consignment and speed of service required, including international parcel services, groupage pallet services, dedicated same day couriers, haulage vehicles, air and sea freight.

Crucial to international operations outside the EU is our ability to provide Importer of Record (IOR) and Brokerage services to assist with the movement of goods across customs borders. Working with our local partner offices we can ease the journey of delivering displays into destinations like India, Russia and Saudi Arabia.
