The Objective :
Ring challenged us to deliver the ultimate experience to consumers through interactive displays that illustrated the entire device line up of Ring home security products, including Video Doorbell, Indoor Camera, Stick up Camera, Spotlight Camera, Floodlight Camera and Alarm security kit. The key objective was for the project to be centrally managed from the UK in collaboration with stakeholders across Europe and US delivering excellence through execution.
The Solution :
With a strict criteria for quality and on time delivery, 100 percent groups activation experience and compliance track record meant we were best placed to support on this exciting and detailed project. The Installation windows were strictly between 5 and 15 working days depending on scope of project and country. These criteria were important for consumers to try the latest Ring devices in stores as fast as they could find them online, creating a seamless multichannel experience. The team installed complex display technology including Touch screen monitors, tablets, bespoke media player, and Ring devices. A key driver for success was the onboarding process with Ring’s central team to refine all requirements and expectations across all markets. With installations live, the project team monitored performance with live reporting, every visit was checked to ensure quality standards were achieved.
