YOUR ESTATE MANAGEMENT – Our online portal, PHQ, provides an easily accessible, single source of data for any implementation project consisting of three core modules. The Project Reporting platform offers key reporting information including visit status, before/after photos, and ‘sign off ‘name & signature. The Estate Management functionality means our clients can track their assets and fixtures while our Online Document Library holds planograms, installation manuals and maintenance guidelines. 

All this information can be found behind our customisable dashboard, showing you key performance metrics giving you the ultimate insight into activity in your estate.

How do you brief your International teams and carry out physical training? 

Our Project Managers produce all the briefing documents, in local language for the installers so there is no room for error with translation. These are, of course, always signed off by the client before we proceed. They also write all the H&S documentation to be in line with local requirements. Our training is usually within our warehouses however we are carrying out the majority over video and conference calls at the moment to ensure the safety of our teams. 

 

What information do I get from your portal? 

An easier question would be ‘what information DON’T I get from our portal’!!  

PHQ is the link between you as our client and the installation team. Here you can see live activity in the field, all your estates photos and archived data from previous campaigns. If you have multiple shareholders we can also offer different access restrictions and separate out information by fixture and country. It really is the ultimate toolkit! 

 

How can I ensure compliance when outsourcing to 100%? 

Each project brief and questionnaire is individually tailored to suit each scope of works. From there, every installation that is executed in store is QC’d by our internal project teams to ensure compliance of the visit and fulfillment of the brief.  

With the nature of our work, often installations are completed outside of trading hours, we also offer live sign off and out of hours support from our Project Managers so we complete everything right first time!
